Refund policy

Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You will then receive a full refund of the order amount. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@pardole-parfum.com. We will then send you the instructions for your return. As soon as we have received your return we will send you a notification email. It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

Please note that the product and packaging must be in the same condition in which you received it. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.


Exchanging a product?

Would you like to exchange your product? This is possible within 14 days after delivery of your products. Please contact info@pardole-parfum.com. However, you bear the cost of returning the product.
